Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their individual insurance needs and financial status.
  • Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Craft personalized insurance recommendations based on a thorough review of client data and circumstances.
  • Update and maintain client information in our secure internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with our sales and underwriting teams to guarantee seamless client service experiences.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to remain informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues effectively and promptly, maintaining open communication.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client engagement and share results with management to enhance future strategies.
  • Engage in networking opportunities and community events to expand our reach and strengthen client relationships.
  • Advise clients on policy renewals and updates to ensure their coverage meets their changing needs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in client services or insurance is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating relationships with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and industry‑specific IT systems is expected.
  • A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one post‑hire; we provide guidance throughout the process.
  • A proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • An ethical approach to handling sensitive information is essential.

Salary/Compensation
