Position: Product Manager, Growth & Acquisitions

We are seeking a growth-centric, excellence-focused Product Manager, Growth & Acquisitions to join our team.
Ideal candidates will be able to work onsite at our Texas Headquarters (Arlington, TX 76006) or New York Office (New York, NY 10019).

Job Purpose

The Product Manager, Growth & Acquisitions, will lead the company’s growth-focused product strategy. This role will own the acquisition funnels and conversion strategy that drive customer growth across digital platforms from landing pages and purchase flows to app store presence and in-app purchase experiences.

This role will partner closely with Marketing, UX, and Engineering to design, test, and optimize acquisition journeys that convert visitors into long-term subscribers. This high-impact position will require a passion for data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable growth outcomes.

To be successful in this role, the Product Manager will need to balance data-driven decision making with cross-functional collaboration, driving measurable improvements in acquisition funnels while ensuring a seamless user journey from first touch to subscription and onboarding.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the acquisition journey across web and mobile, including landing pages, purchase funnels, and app store fronts.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps that align with marketing campaigns and company growth goals.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to plan, sequence, and support development timelines that improve acquisition performance.
  • Guide and support implementation efforts by providing clear product requirements and strategic direction, ensuring development work aligns with growth goals.
  • Manage and optimize in-app purchase experiences to ensure seamless user experience and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Drive App Store Optimization to increase visibility, purchases, and downloads.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure acquisition touchpoints reflect brand and customer needs.
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably with growth, acquisition, or subscription-based products).
  • 2-3+ Experience in purchase funnel optimization, digital commerce, and conversion strategy.
  • Familiarity with modern web and app platforms; deep technical coding expertise is not required but the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate industry trends, competitor behavior, and user data to support product and growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support key releases or platform updates.
