Business Analyst

Overview

Our client, a government services provider, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Department supporting technology deployment and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Pay Range: Fair Market Rate

• Support the deployment and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Task Management Tool (TMT)
• Collaborate with business users, project sponsors, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
• Conduct process improvement activities and develop Power Automate flows to optimize workflows
• Provide classroom training, desk-side support, and update training materials for end-users
• Assist with functional testing, troubleshooting, and generating management reports using Power BI

• Experience working on-site in Arlington, Virginia, with no remote work options
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Ability to support change management initiatives and user adoption
• Prior experience supporting government or federal projects is preferred
