This role oversees full project life cycles—from planning and budgeting through execution and delivery—with a primary focus on infrastructure modernization, network upgrades, cloud integrations, and enterprise system deployments. The ideal candidate excels at coordinating cross‑functional technical teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving projects to completion in fast‑moving environments.

  • Lead project meetings including kickoff sessions, status reviews, and post‑implementation evaluations.
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to stakeholders and technology leadership.
Infrastructure‑Focused Execution
  • Oversee projects involving servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, cloud migration, disaster recovery, and data center operations.
  • Support initiatives involving network upgrades, WAN/LAN improvements, firewalls, SD‑WAN deployments, wireless enhancements, and telecom modernization.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering sessions to ensure infrastructure needs are fully captured and accurately translated into technical specifications.
  • Work directly with engineering teams to validate architectural designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
  • Partner with procurement teams to evaluate technology solutions and manage sourcing, bids, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware, software, and consulting services.
  • Review statements of work (SOWs), service‑level agreements (SLAs), and project proposals.
Risk, Quality & Governance
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.
  • Validate deliverables to ensure compliance with operational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
  • Implement project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches depending on project needs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the liaison between technical teams, leadership, and business groups to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Guide business users through the development of project business cases and solution recommendations.
  • Maintain project documentation, change control processes, and portfolio management entries.
Required

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise technology or infrastructure projects.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including:
