Description
Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to join our mission-driven role. You will be responsible for contributing to a cross-functional product team by leading the architecture activities and ensuring successful development delivery and maintenance of architecture artifacts. You will do this while working with a broad set of individuals and teams. You will also help support go-live activities for interfaces in a federal environment.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding and interest in Enterprise Architecture concepts. It is a plus if you know how to represent concepts in DODAF type architectural diagrams. It would also be beneficial if the candidate understands federal contracting rules and regulations and is comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal stakeholders and client partners, so familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, business process re‑engineering and how that relates to architecture is important.
- Work with cross-functional team to develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts which are valuable to Leadership Development, Testing and Sustainment of a myriad of integrated systems
- Ensure work products meet or exceed quality requirements and adherence to standards
- Monitor and control work anticipating and avoiding issues to the maximum extent possible
- Strong ability to work with people to understand interface needs and subsequently define, develop and maintain appropriate architecture artifacts

- 3-5 years of experience relevant to this position including at least 1 year consulting experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Required travel up to 25%
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Working in an office setting 4 days a week
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Concepts
- Technical experience in a Medical Environment
- DODAF or other modelling tools
- Cerner (Oracle Health) Systems
- HL7
- Security and Connectivity concepts (ports protocols Security boundaries)
- Visio or other visualization software
- CAMEO or other modeling tools
- GoLive Support for software systems
- Previous Federal Contracting experience

Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
