Site Reliability Engineer

• We are looking for a strong Site Reliability Engineer with excellent hands‑on experience in software development, Release Engineering, Dev Ops, SRE practices, and Azure Cloud. This role supports a major technology modernization project focused on improving reliability, automation, performance, and cloud migration.
• You will work closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to build highly reliable, scalable, and automated systems. The work involves improving CI/CD pipelines, building monitoring/observability systems, implementing SLO/SLI standards, and driving automation across global platforms.

• Work with Architecture and Development teams to ensure applications are reliable, stable, and scalable
• Define and manage SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators)
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead problem‑resolution activities
• Perform root cause analysis and create long‑term fix plans
• Build automation for deployments, monitoring, testing, and scaling
• Improve uptime by reducing manual interventions
• Help implement engineering standards and mentor teams in SRE best practices

• Java, C# (.NET MVC / .NET Core), or Go
• Power Shell / Bash

• Strong hands‑on SRE experience (not just theoretical)
• Ability to implement deployment strategies like blue‑green and canary
• Experience with reliability patterns and microservices architecture

• Terraform

• Schema design, indexing, and performance tuning
