Information Technology Project Manager

Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $78.00/hr

Contract to Hire

Rate Range: $70-$75/hour. Rate may be negotiable depending on experience

The position will be to support projects for our Move Money area for Advisor Services where we work with the Bank. This PM project manages all projects in this space, and one of the projects that started recently is a high priority project that will involve about 20 teams across the company. The business owner for this area is highly detailed and accountable and values the same in the PM who supports their area.

Project management experience that would be helpful for this role is in the Finance industry with a focus on technology and with cross-company dependencies that require strong relationship management skills so that he or she can run independently. Scaled Agile experience is a plus.

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex, and cross functional projects, with emphasis on product development, systems, and technical environments
• 8+ years of experience with project management tools and artifacts, including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, project budgets, change requests, status reports, etc.
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace
• 5+ years of proven experience with and understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
