Job Title: Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual)
Location: Arlington, TX
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Environment: Hybrid (onsite for first 90 days)
Type of Employment: Direct Hire
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Job DescriptionAddison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist. This role supports a growing organization by managing full‑cycle recruitment for skilled trade and operational roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship‑driven, and comfortable owning the recruiting function while collaborating closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition- Manage the full hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding, as well as conducting new hire check ins.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing platforms.
- Maintain accurate and organized applicant tracking system records.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the process.
- Achieve recruitment goals and performance metrics.
- Assist in developing initiatives that strengthen employee connection and long‑term retention.
- Partner with managers to support successful onboarding and early‑stage employee engagement.
- Contribute to recognition efforts and gather feedback to help improve employee experience.
- Support company‑wide people initiatives and uphold organizational values.
- Work closely with HR and operations teams to enhance processes and communication.
- Bring a solutions‑focused, adaptable approach to a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within skilled trades or labor‑intensive industries.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as Linked In and Indeed.
- Ability to refine processes, adapt quickly, and recruit with a culture‑focused mindset.
- Experience with Paycor.
- Background in construction, industrial services, or related fields.
