Human Resources Manager
Location:
Dallas, TX (Hybrid – must be local to the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex)
Compensation: $85,000.00‑$ per year (direct‑hire opportunity)
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the local office, managing day‑to‑day people operations and employee relations matters.
- Advise leadership on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and retention trend analysis.
- Directly manage and mentor an HR Generalist, including task prioritization, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Review and approve HR documentation, employee communications, and data for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver monthly workforce reports, including headcount, turnover, and staffing metrics.
- Develop quarterly HR analytics and dashboards related to compensation benchmarking and employee engagement.
- Support annual salary planning, performance review cycles, and other CHRO‑led initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, Texas state, and local employment laws.
- Conduct HR compliance audits and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with recruiting and employee development teams to support local engagement and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide ad‑hoc HR reporting and data analysis for organizational initiatives and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM‑CP/SCP) strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Extensive experience managing employee relations for a workforce of 200+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a corporate, professional services, or agency environment preferred.
