Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
About the RoleThe Training Specialist is responsible for delivering, coordinating, and evaluating training programs for new and existing employees. This role focuses on onboarding, sales effectiveness, procedural compliance, and ongoing skill development, with most training delivered digitally. Candidates with experience in commission-based sales, coaching, or training environments will be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule training classes, courses, and seminars
- Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees, primarily through digital platforms
- Support onboarding, skill development workshops, and refresher training
- Utilize multiple instructional methods including presentations, role-playing, simulations, hands‑on activities, and multimedia tools
- Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, performance data, and collaboration with leadership
- Monitor employee performance and adherence to company procedures following training
- Maintain open communication with management regarding training outcomes and development needs
- Organize, update, and maintain training manuals, guides, and supporting materials
- Track training participation and effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching and reinforcement as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to training and development
- Support strategic, company‑aligned learning and performance goals
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Strong selling background; experience in commission‑based sales strongly preferred
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or onboarding programs preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Comfortable facilitating group sessions and working with digital learning tools
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
