Banquet Server

Catering and FIFA Events!!! We are currently seeking several experienced Banquet Servers to join our talented team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to deliver high-quality service that meets our clients' expectations while collaborating with our exceptional team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.

• Ensure station and table setups are complete, and perform any side duties assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Keep all areas clean to avoid hindering operations.
• Provide the best Customer Service and make a great client experience at all times.

• Self-Motivated.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are as efficient and profitable as possible.
• To be aware of restaurant/company skills and standards and ensure they are followed.
• To be responsive to any guest’s request.
• To inform managers of any complaints/comments/perceived issues.

• Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time.
• Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively;
  Kneel, squat, stoop, and crouch frequently.

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
• Must have banquet experience.
• Must have required banquet attire - all black with black neck tie.
