Location:
Texas Health Arlington Memorial, 800 W. Randol Mill Road, Arlington, TX 76012. Full time, day shift (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.), 3 shifts, 36 hours per week. Great growth opportunity and complete benefits available.

- Assist patients according to the plan of care.
- Collect patient data, identify and report significant findings to the nurse.
- Assist in admission, transfer and discharge.
- Provide and revise patient activities of daily living based on patient/family preferences.
- Perform technical procedures safely and proficiently.
- Takes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.
- Enter orders into computer or manual system if applicable.
- Document accurately and appropriately.
- In collaboration with the nurse, adapt care to reflect patient population.
- In collaboration with the nurse, incorporate cultural/religious needs and beliefs into delivery of care.
- Keep patient environment clean and maintain a safe environment.
- Anticipate patient/family and visitor needs and take action to meet those needs and round as appropriate.

Here’s What You Need- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- CLIAFE – must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required, if applicable.
- Current TX CNA or PCT training with NHA, NAHP or NCCT or an accredited community college program or a THR approved program or.
- Current EMT for TX or.
- Military experience with medical training equivalent (Equivalent to EMT‑B) or.
- 1 year of applicable PCT experience in lieu of an active and approved certification or.
- Nursing student who has completed fundamentals or foreign nurse degree program.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred.
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
- CPI – Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training within 60 days of hire required.
