As a Medical Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor and growth driver — expanding access to our mobile wound care services across your territory. You’ll engage with physicians, case managers, nurse practitioners, and administrators across post-acute care settings to promote services that make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives. This is a mission-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, clinical education, and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities- Territory Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to build referral networks and meet/exceed revenue goals.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with SNFs, home health agencies, and specialty clinics by promoting mobile wound care capabilities, including bedside debridement, wound VACs, and hyperbaric therapy.
- Presentations &
Education:
Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations to clinical stakeholders, driving awareness and trust. - Clinical Liaison: Act as a consultative partner to providers, addressing questions, sharing outcome data, and guiding integration into care pathways.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, payer shifts, and regulatory changes impacting care delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with clinical operations, onboarding, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless provider experience.
- Post-Sale Support: Assist with account activation, provider onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare sales, ideally within mobile wound care, post-acute, or specialty clinical services.
- Experience navigating SNFs, home health, or physician group networks.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and growing regional business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex clinical offerings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Experience selling peptides or wellness-enhancing products.
- Knowledge of billing models, value-based care, or hospital-at-home programs.
- Field-based role with regular travel to healthcare provider sites.
- Occasional evenings or weekends for events or provider meetings.
- Requires carrying marketing materials and product samples (up to 25 lbs).
