Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job DescriptionPurpose & Scope:
Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures, administering radio-pharmaceuticals for the purpose of detecting pathology, evaluating function, or as a means of therapy.
Education:
An associate degree in radiological procedure is preferred.
Experience:
One year of experience in nuclear medicine is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear) or NMTCB required. BLS certification required.
