Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity | US Heart and Vascular® | Heart PlaceUS Heart and Vascular®, in partnership with Heart Place, is offering a full-time role for a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This position supports a high-volume Dallas-based cardiology practice, focusing exclusively on all subspecialities of cardiology including general cardiology, EP, interventional and structural. Aboutthe Role
As an APP in Cardiology, you’ll work closely with our Cardiologists and also independently manage patient care, guiding and educating patients throughout their visits.
What We’re Looking For- Experience: At least two years in cardiology; prior APP experience preferred but not required. New graduates will be considered.
- Setting: Primarily outpatient therefore strong outpatient experience is ideal.
- Education: Master’s degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active Texas license (or willingness to obtain).
- Certifications: Valid DEA license and current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
- In-depth cardiovascular assessment expertise and exceptional patient care skills.
- Proficiency with EKGs, patient assessments, and comprehensive cardiology management.
- A collaborative team member with the ability to work independently in our renowned cardiology practice.
