PT - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inpatient rehabilitation and hospital experience, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

• Conduct evaluations and provide treatments for orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Manage patient caseload effectively while ensuring high standards of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain updated and accurate patient documentation using Meditech.

• Active Physical Therapist License (no temporary licenses allowed).
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital or inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• BLS certification is required.
