Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Encompass Group

The Encompass Group is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization in the Dallas area to identify a dynamic Vice President of Revenue Cycle. This high-impact leadership role oversees enterprise-wide revenue cycle operations and is intentionally structured with a clear advancement path into a future Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize all revenue cycle functions, including patient access, coding, billing, claims, reimbursement, and collections.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive financial performance, reduce denials, enhance cash flow, and improve clean-claim rates.
  • Oversee revenue cycle analytics, KPI reporting, and forecasting to guide executive-level decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams to streamline workflows and elevate the patient financial experience.
  • Implement and modernize technology platforms, systems, and processes to support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple revenue cycle disciplines.
  • Support enterprise strategic planning with increasing responsibilities that lead into a future CRO role.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle; multi-site or multi-state experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven history of driving measurable improvements in revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in payer relations, denials management, RCM technologies, and healthcare financial compliance.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree or certifications (CRCE, CHFP, FHFMA) are preferred.
