Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with ADLs and IADLs (hygiene, incontinence care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep)
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Perform duties as per personal care service plans and document accordingly
- Help keep the client's environment clean and organized
- Remind clients to take medications
- Report changes in client condition to ensure quality care
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA) with references
- Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia care
- Valid driver's license and proof of current car insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
