Manager of Revenue Cycle Management

Our client, an anesthesia group in North Dallas, is growing and is hiring a Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to join their team! The Manager will assist with oversight of the anesthesia billing operation alongside the VP of RCM. This is a critical role for the organization.

To qualify for the role, you must possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but candidates with experience over a degree will be considered.
• AAPC, HRMA or CRCM certifications (high preference).
• MUST be open to working 100% onsite, 5 days per week.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role with oversight of a mid to large size group.
• Must have experience building out processes, policies, workflows, etc.
• Must have extensive knowledge in CPT coding, ASA modifiers, payer policies, currency rules and compliance.
• Must have a strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare and major commercial payer billing guidelines.
