- Serve as a vital link between patients and community mental health resources
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
- Current unrestricted licensure required (LMSW or LPC preferred)
- Minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience
- Passion for working with youth and families
- Commitment to completing BLSand Handle with Care Training within 30 days
