Program Manager​/Operations Manager; Senior

Position Summary

Serve as overall lead/manager/administrator for the contracted effort; act as primary interface with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues; oversee execution of task order requirements; and manage resources.

• Act as overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort with the F-35 JPO.
• Serve as primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities.
• Oversee contractor execution of task order requirements.
• Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources (staffing, prioritization, and deployment).

• BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements).

• Relevant experience managing diverse, technical support teams.
• Experience leading execution of government task orders and coordinating multi-functional teams (preferred).

Education/Experience Substitution:
An Associate's degree plus 5 additional years of related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; a GED and/or relevant technical certification plus 10 additional years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
