Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 + 30% Bonus

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to partner closely with executive leadership and drive Enterprise‑level planning, forecasting, strategic initiatives, and operational improvement efforts. This highly visible role leads a strong team and influences FP&A teams across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & develop a team of finance professionals; serve as a strategic partner across the Enterprise
• Support—and when needed, step in for—the VP of Corporate FP&A
• Deliver actionable insights across strategic planning, annual planning, and forecasting
• Drive complex financial analysis across growth, operations performance, capital investments, profitability, and working capital
• Leverage data, analytics, automation & AI to optimize financial processes
• Review Segment plans for alignment with business trends
• Support M&A with ROI modeling and external market analysis
• Partner on Board presentations and Investor Relations analysis
• Lead continuous improvement in financial tools, reporting, and systems (One Stream, BI, ERP)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience;
  Public / Industry mix
• Public company experience required
• Strong knowledge of Percent of Completion
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence skills
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; ERP, Hyperion, or One Stream experience is a plus
