Finance Manager – Greater DFW Area
Base Pay Range: $/yr – $/yr
Location: Near Grand Prairie, TX
Work Setting: Onsite, with occasional flexibility to work‑from‑home when needed
Travel: ~15% within the US
Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 + bonus (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:- Partner with plant and operations leadership to support daily and long‑term performance
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the facility
- Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage P&L, variance, cost, and margin analysis
- Oversee cost accounting and standard cost updates
- Support annual cost roll, rate setting, and process improvements
- Partner cross‑functionally on inventory accuracy, cash flow, and working capital optimization
- Play a key role in ramping up and scaling a growing plant operation
- 7+ years of related experience (manufacturing/plant‑level preferred)
- Bachelor’s in accounting/finance or related field
- Confident communicator with strong business partnering skills
- Proven experience leading close, forecast, and cost analysis cycles
- Understanding of standard costing, inventory, and material flow
- Hands‑on, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
