We are seeking a dedicated Controller to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This is a pivotal role requiring a dynamic individual capable of leading and adding value across various business functions. The position is fully onsite.

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
• Maintain an effective control environment
• Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring accurate recording of material cost and capitalized labor and overhead
• Assist in planning and monitoring inventory cycle counts
• Assist in preparing financial budgets
• Develop and monitor capital expenditure plans
• Lead, coordinate, and manage the annual external financial audit
• Maintain daily and monthly controls over cash activity
• Process monthly tax filings/returns
• Manage and oversee customer billing and accounts receivable
• Handle customer credit approvals and release of shipments
• Manage accounts payable
• Oversee corporate insurance programs (risk management)
• Review weekly payroll
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• CPA certification required
• 7+ Years experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience using a full-scale ERP system
