Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Partner at SNI Financial (formerly Q&A Recruiting)

We are seeking a strategic Director of FP&A – Alternative Investments to lead financial planning and analysis for our investment portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with private credit investments within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the company’s alternative investment portfolio.
• Develop advanced financial models for evaluating new and existing products and assessing profitability including private credit and CLO investments.
• Drive quarterly board and executive reporting, including scenario analyses and risk assessments.
• Build and enhance analytical frameworks and dashboards to support investment decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, operations and/or accounting within the alternative investment space including private credit and private equity.
• Experience with private credit investments is a must

• Proven experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, high-growth, and deadline-driven environment.
