Wealth Management Associate

Fast‑growing, relationship‑driven wealth advisory firm is looking for a motivated Financial Advisor who’s ready to level up their career. If you’ve got 1+ year of industry experience and want real client ownership—not a call‑center environment—this role is built for you.

Absolutely no cold calling. Ever.

You’ll start by learning the platform and processes, then quickly transition into managing your own clients and supporting larger relationships. This is a true growth track with mentorship, autonomy, and exposure from day one.

• Run account setup, reporting, and billing through Fidelity and Envest Net
• Troubleshoot client issues—from platform questions to private investment handling
• Process wires and assist with portfolio analysis
• Support trading activity in client accounts
• Partner closely with the advisory team to grow and manage client portfolios
• Deliver high‑touch service to clients (many transitioning from the firm’s tax practice)
• Optionally support tax tasks during slower advisory cycles

• CFP or CFA preferred (Series 65 required)
• 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or related work
• Familiarity with Fidelity/Envest Net is a huge plus
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and a long‑term mindset
• Ambition to grow into a future leadership role
