In this role, you will be expected to make substantial contributions to analyses that will inform the firm’s investment (acquisition), development and asset management decisions across all asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of financial analyses, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, valuations, sell/hold scenarios, leasing NPV/NER, sensitivity testing, promote waterfalls, and other ad hoc analyses.
• Review and interpret loan and debt structures, transactional documents, management agreements, and related processes.
• Analyze operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and reforecasts to support investment decisions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for both prospective and active real estate investments.
• Evaluate deal structures, capital stacks, and return metrics (IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash, etc.).
• Assist in preparing financing packages for lenders, investors, and joint venture partners.
• Conduct market research to inform assumptions on rents, expenses, and absorption.
• Monitor rental trends and collect data through broker outreach and industry sources.
• Contribute to investment strategy development by preparing cash flow projections, return analyses, and disposition scenarios.
• Draft investment memoranda for internal committees and external partners.
• Support financial and physical due diligence for new investment opportunities.
• Assist in reviewing and coordinating legal documents, including leases and sales contracts.
• Review operating budgets and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with investment objectives.
• Coordinate with sponsors to manage monthly payments and financial reporting requirements per investment documents.
