This is an opportunity to shape an already highly successful organization and build from the groundfloor a scalable finance and accounting department focusing on core projects like erp implementation, cash-to-accrual conversion, establishing audit readiness, and driving M&A integration.

• Base: $180-200k
• Bonus: 15%

• CPA certification is required.
• Background in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• Experience in a Private Equity (PE) portfolio company.
• Track record of leading ERP system implementation.
• Expertise in process improvement and establishing internal controls.
• Proven ability to interact and influence at the Executive level.
