Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in a managerial role, with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of construction experience; healthcare project experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare codes and standards (ICRA, ILSM, FGI, NFPA; Joint Commission considerations).
• Proficiency with Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong technical reading skills (drawings/specs), organization, and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and ASHE/CHC coursework a plus.
