This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor located in Arlington, TX. The role involves overseeing and performing daily land surveying activities, including conducting topographic surveys, property boundary identification, managing field crews, and coordinating survey projects. The candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, prepare survey reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support engineering and planning projects.

• Proficiency in Land Surveying, Topographic Surveys, and Building Surveying
• Experience using Total Station and other surveying equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting and verifying surveys
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients
• Professional licensure as a Registered Land Surveyor is required
• Familiarity with survey software and tools, such as AutoCAD or GIS, is a plus
