Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is experiencing exciting success and sustainable growth. As a result, we have a full-time position available for a Water/Wastewater Engineer.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting with the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities for municipalities, industries, and investor-owned utilities
- Assisting with construction administration associated with facilities
- Developing calculations and detailed design
- Collaborating with project managers and clients toward implementation of designs
- Writing engineering reports and technical memoranda
Some travel will be required. Both public and private sector clients will be served.
The successful candidate will have:- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil, agricultural, biological engineering or related field from and accredited college or university
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Water/wastewater facilities or conveyance design
- Construction Observation
- Hydrology/hydraulic calculations
- AutoCAD and surveying
