Civil Engineer (EIT) Assistant Manager with Established and Growing firm in DFW Metroplex
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details: Permanent Assistant Civil Engineering Manager, EIT. A unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in planning, design, and execution of a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities- Assist in management and coordination of civil engineering projects, including commercial and residential developments, transportation projects, and design‑build initiatives.
- Utilize Civil 3D, Open Roads, and other engineering software to create detailed design plans and specifications.
- Oversee design and implementation of roadway, drainage, and paving systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare project proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies; apply this knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on project engineering, commercial projects, and design‑build.
- Engineering‑in‑Training (EIT) certification.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Open Roads, and relevant engineering software.
- Experience with roadway, drainage, and paving design.
- Track record of successful project management; ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
