Senior PMO – Business Development | Entrepreneur
SII Group USA
Under the direction of the Operations leadership, the Senior PMO is responsible for the governance, coordination, and execution oversight of complex aero‑engine test cell and airport infrastructure programs
, including partial facility upgrades, equipment installations, and full system deployments.
This role operates at the intersection of engineering, construction, integration, and customer interface
, ensuring delivery performance, financial control, contractual compliance, and stakeholder alignment across US and international sites
.
- Provide program-level oversight for complex industrial and aerospace infrastructure projects
- Structure and maintain PMO governance, schedules, milestones, and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate communication between customers, internal engineering teams, vendors, subcontractors, and installation partners
- Support and oversee construction, manufacturing, installation, integration, and acceptance testing phases
- Ensure financial control
, including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and change management - Support contract management
, including purchase requisitions, change requests, and registers - Act as a single point of coordination for local issues at US and international sites (logistics, local procurement, site interfaces)
- Participate in design reviews, technical reviews, and program steering committees
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset
, enhancing PMO tools, methods, and procedures - Ensure alignment with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in a highly controlled environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Project Management
, or related field - 15+ years of experience across engineering and industrial project environments
- Strong experience in large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Background in aerospace, aero‑engine testing, industrial facilities, or airport infrastructure strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage international programs with long-duration site presence
- Solid knowledge of project management disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication)
