MTU provides maintenance from targeted hospital visits to complete overhauls on more than 30 commercial aero engine and industrial gas turbine lines and has completed more than 18,000 shop visits for over 1,400 customers worldwide. Within this global network, MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.
- Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.
- Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.
- Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.
- Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues.
Skills and Abilities
- Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.
- Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.
- Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.
- Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.
- Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent work ethic and motivation for a high standard of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues.
