Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2–3 days on‑site per week)

Duration: 24 months

A major aerospace organization in the Dallas area is undertaking a large‑scale SAP transformation and is seeking an experienced SAP PP/MM Consultant to support ongoing implementation, integration, and optimization efforts. This is a long‑term project with high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams.

• Lead solution design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and MM modules within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Support integration between PP/MM and cross‑functional areas including QM, SD, PS, and Finance
  .
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and production teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Drive process improvements related to planning, inventory, procurement, MRP, production execution, and shop‑floor workflows.
• Support testing cycles: SIT, UAT, regression testing, and integration testing.
• Assist with data migration activities, validation, cutover, and hyper‑care.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP PP/MM configuration and interfaces.
• Work closely with technical teams on custom enhancements, reports, and forms (ABAP, integrations, IDocs, etc.).
• Document processes, functional designs, and configuration for project deliverables.

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP PP and MM configuration.
• Proven delivery experience in manufacturing‑heavy environments (aerospace, automotive, industrial, or discrete manufacturing preferred).
• Strong understanding of planning strategies, MRP, BOMs, routings, production orders, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse coordination
  .
• Experience working on full lifecycle SAP implementations (at least 2 E2E projects preferred).
• Ability to gather requirements and produce detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (due to project requirements).

• Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS).
• Strong data migration
  /data validation experience within PP/MM objects.
• Working knowledge of QM, SD, EWM, or APO/IBP is a plus.
• Aerospace or engineering industry experience.
