** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** Direct all phases of the program from requirements analysis, initial planning through all phases to successful product delivery and assure a timely closeout of completed programs to ensure that all obligations are satisfied, and program documentation is properly recorded
Support program bid and proposal activities. Ensure that requirements of the request for proposal are met in the preparation and documentation of bids and proposals Serve as primary the primary interface with the customer on all matters involving contract execution. Coordinate with other departments on resolution of contractual problems with customer. Coordinate with contracts manager on issues pertaining to contract requirements, changes, and interpretations
Ability to clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, opportunities and plans to internal senior management
** Qualifications and Education Requirements
** Minimum 10 years program management related experience
Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity, and variance analysis Strong communication skills to advise team members and senior management on status and/or actions
Microsoft Office Suite skills, including PowerPoint Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

** Ability to travel extensively, nationally and internationally, for extended periods of time.
