- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback, modeling, and coaching to promote continuous improvement
- Assist in lesson planning, classroom setup, and daily curriculum implementation
- Lead curriculum-related staff trainings, enrichment activities, and school events
- Partner with the Center Director and leadership team to maintain curriculum compliance and educational excellence
- Build relationships with families and staff to support a collaborative, high-quality learning environment
- Be willing to step in classroom when teachers call out.
- Have a passion for early childhood education and teacher support?
- Have at least 2 years of classroom experience in a preschool or early learning setting (required)?
- Hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred)?
- Have strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills?
