• Facilitate adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Create individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
• Examine student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify actionable patterns
• Partner with engineering staff to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms

• Bachelor's degree with advanced reading instruction certification (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Demonstrated ability to assess reading levels, organize student groups, and create differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula
• Experience working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Availability to work on‑site at one of the campuses listed above
