Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Arlington, TX. Our physicians manage bothacute and chronic conditions, while also coordinating comprehensive care in collaboration with specialists. This role emphasizes continuity, preventivecare, and strong patient-provider relationships.

Position Highlights:

    Medical Assistant and clinic team
  • Monday-Friday schedule (someclinics offer extended hours)
  • Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus
  • Monthly compensation forsupervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NP
  • CME allowance and paid CMEhours
  • 401(k) with company match

  • Eligible for sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality,patient-centered medical care
  • Perform comprehensiveinitial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals
  • Refer patients to specialists for advanced or complex care as appropriate
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided)
  • Maintain punctuality toensure patients are seen as scheduled

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM);
    Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting; supervisory experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Active Texas medical license
  • DEA license in good standing
