Responsibilities

We are seeking a BC/BE clinical neonatologist to join our team of two physicians. This role provides 48‑hour in‑house shifts, enabling practitioners to live anywhere in the DFW metroplex. Physicians benefit from excellent facilities, including a sleep/call room within the main neonatology office, a kitchen area, and a designated personal office space.

Key practice features include:

  • 30‑bed, Level‑III NICU
  • Average daily census of 9–11 babies
  • Highly experienced support staff with low turnover
  • Advanced services such as high‑frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives and the Vermont Oxford Study
  • Flexible scheduling—48‑hour shifts allow you to live anywhere in the DFW metroplex
