As a physician, you will provide direct patient care and support clinical operations, helping our communities thrive.

• Completion of a US‑accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Family Medicine
• Active or in‑process Texas physician license
• Active or in‑process unrestricted DEA license
• Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to navigate EMR and modern computer programs
• Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision‑making

• 1–3 years related experience preferably in a primary‑care outpatient setting
• Ath One EMR experience
