Dispatcher Waste Management

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, including customer initial and follow‑up calls and response team calls with professionalism and ability to follow customer specific exceptions where applicable.
• Collect incident details.
• Communicate with customer contacts on and off‑site.
• Notify the Emergency Response Specialist (ERS) of any technical assistance needed by the customer or response crew.
• Document calls and incidents in the ticketing system with data entry accuracy (phase two after training).
• Communicate with responding teams during response at required update times, logging calls with accuracy and clarity (phase two after training).
• Dispatch the internal team or third‑party offices as needed.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with hazmat or environmental clean‑up activities is a leg up.
• Portfolio of environmental clean‑up dispatching, waste management, call center, dispatch, ticketing, and data entry skills.
• Effective communication skills and adherence to procedures.

Pay range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Contract position based out of Arlington, TX 76011. Fully onsite.
