Delaware North - - Responsibilities:
Assign duties to scheduled team members and oversee opening/closing procedures of concession stands;
Oversee daily operations of multiple concessions stands in an assigned area of the ballpark;
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations;
Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system;
Ensure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed
