OverviewThe Customer Service Manager position will perform the following duties:
Responsibilities- Manages a staff of Customer Service Representatives in a positive, professional manner
- Designs the organization for optimal customer service and promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer
- Develops and implements customer service strategies to attain budgeted sales dollars
- Prepares budget and controls expenses
- Determines service requirements and standards
- Resolves escalated problems as needed
- Ensures accurate and prompt order and credit processing
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Management experience with direct reports
Customer Service / Inside Sales Experience
Preferred Qualifications3 - 5 years of management experience in a Customer Service environment
Proficient computer skills
Strong Excel skills

Compensation$72,000 - $80,000 base salary + 25% annual incentive potential
