We opened the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa in Fort Worth, Texas and we are hiring our Vitality Suite Front Desk Staff as we build our team. Vitality Suite is open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. We need applicants who can work 20-29 hours per week and are available nights and weekends. Be part of a team and a culture whose purpose is to make lives happier and healthier.
ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for reception-oriented duties and providing members with the highest quality of customer service, including greeting members, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, taking payment for services, and assisting members with equipment and retail products. Adheres to Canyon Ranch service standards providing world-class member/guest service. Greets members with a smile, checks in members and arranges appointments. Helps provide members with a beverage while they wait for their service.
Perform reception desk open/closing duties.
- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills; friendly demeanor
- Ability to learn processes and operate computer/payment systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Medical or wellness background is a plus.
