Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark Leal – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain Property/Casualty and Life/Health Licensing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual‑Spanish speaking is a PLUS).
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
- Proactive problem solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Compensation: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
