Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated and experienced CSR supervisor to lead our team. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience, supporting front desk operations, coaching team members, and helping maintain smooth patient flow during sometimes high‑stress, high‑volume periods.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 24‑hour veterinary emergency hospital coverage 7 days a week, including holidays.
