• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial projects, from early conceptual budgets to guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure realistic and competitive bids.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and scopes to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering ideas.
• Support project planning and preconstruction strategy for a variety of commercial sectors.

• Experience estimating commercial construction projects (DFW area experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, costs, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, Procore, Plan Swift, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
