We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team in North Texas. This role will support a mix of current ground‑up projects and longer‑term large‑scale developments planned for later this year.

We need a seasoned construction leader with experience managing complex, high‑value commercial projects and providing leadership across multi‑year programs.

Project Types

• Healthcare and institutional facilities
• Corporate campus and multi‑building developments
• Education and campus developments
• Large‑scale retail and institutional building

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Manage and mentor Project Managers and field teams
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and internal leadership
• Drive performance across safety, quality, and schedule

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Background in healthcare, large commercial, or campus‑style developments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dallas‑based or open to relocation (long‑term Dallas assignment)
