Business Development Manager | Metric Geo
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join a growing commercial construction team in North Texas. This role will support a mix of current ground-up projects and longer-term large-scale developments planned for later this year.
This position is suited for a seasoned field leader with a strong track record delivering complex, high-value commercial projects and providing on‑site leadership across multi‑year programs.
Project Types- Healthcare and institutional facilities
- Corporate campus and multi‑building developments
- Education and campus developments
- Large‑scale retail and institutional buildings
- Lead all on‑site construction operations from mobilization through completion
- Manage project schedules, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
- Enforce safety standards and quality control programs
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
- Mentor and lead field staff and trade partners
- 15+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Background in healthcare, large commercial, or campus‑style developments
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills
- Dallas‑based or open to relocation (long‑term Dallas assignment)
- Stable pipeline of upcoming work
